Very nice imgae. I love the tones with the black and white. Great capture with the unfocused street, and the focus really all goes on the people. Great shot.

Hey Josh... yes, I added some blur on the foreground. The perspective of the shot was perfect for the effect. It wouldn't have been as effective had the shot been taken at eye-level.

Hey Steph! Thank you for the comment. Glad you liked the effect. I shot this while buying some hardware materials at a shop by the sidewalk. I decided to shoot this randomly. It turned out nice (Heehee!). The blurry effect was only simulated as I don't have tilt-shift lens to actually produce them. Hope you drop by again soon. God bless! :)
